At VJ, we are committed to ensuring your sporting gear meets your performance standards; if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place your unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
